Free Facebook Access For Airtel Users

India's top telecom company by network is now providing exciting offer for all of its customers. Bharti Airtel would provide free Facebook access of up to 500 MB data per month for its pre-paid users till February 15. Airtel pre-paid mobile users can post status messages, upload a photo and do everything else on their favourite social network at no charge. Beyond free usage external links will be charged as per prevailing rates.

So again Airtel has come up with a plan that would make most of the users to switch to Airtel if they were looking for any new operators. Moreover the telecom company is known for its best Network throughout the country. Facebook being the world's best and top Social Networking site, its a good opportunity for all users to make use of it.

The Aircel has removed all its towers and removed all the services for Visakhapatnam. But Aircel was the only telecom which was giving the best unlimited 3G plans, its my personal opinion no offence.... But we would like Airtel and others to provide such good offers instead of giving only free facebook for a month.

With this Airtel will continue to gain more and more of its users and will be the India's top telecom operator and even World's top telecom operator

But still 4G have better offers even cheaper than 3G.....Don't believe then check it out here.

Roaming Free but Tariffs Increased From March 2013

We all wants to talk free to our friends, family members and to our close ones. We always search for the lowest tariff plans when ever we recharge, and we select a Sim card based on the cheapest tariffs provided by the operator. When ever we go from one state to others we are charged for roaming. But now the scenario is changing and the Government has asked the operators to abolish the Roaming within India which will be implemented from March 2013. As the Roaming fees give a revenue of 10% to the operators, they are going to increase the tariffs to overcome there losses.

So we must feel happy to have roaming free Sim Cards but at the same time we will have the increased Tariffs rate which will frustrate us for a while.

The Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), the body representing mobile phone companies on the GSM platform such as Vodafone and Bharti Airtel, has criticised government's idea to do away with roaming charges, and has maintained that the DoT must first sort out a slew of policy-related issues, including migration to the unified licence, before asking telcos to do away with this charge.

Mobile phone companies believe reasons like higher tariffs, security threat should be enough to retain the concept of STD and roaming charges. Mobile phone companies also say that removal of roaming charges would lead to free-flow of SIMs across circles on a permanent basis.

Roaming free India from March 2013......Yippiiii :)
Tariffs increased.... :(

Glass-free 3D screens come closer to reality

You may soon have to do away with your 3D glasses, as researchers including one of Indian origin are trying to develop images that work no matter where you are in the room could see images stand out from a flat TV screen without the need for any silly eyeware.
Prof Ramesh Raskar at MIT's Media Lab, who led the project, explained that in order to make this type of tridimensional illusion work, it was necessary to split 3D into two 2D images in a wide spectrum of view.

Afterwards, the advanced math kicks in by speedily calculating which of the two 2D pictures the audience needs to see first and second at every angle, 3D TV Watcher reported.
This is followed by light going through small lenses and a few layers of liquid crystal displays before being sorted into two categories - transparent and opaque - and at last reaching the viewer's eye at very high rates.
The scheme itself has been conducted with the goal of widening the viewing angle combinations.
