Huawei Ascend P2: Best Super Slim Smartphone in MWC 2013

Succeeding the Huawei Ascend P1, the P2 has a similar tuxedo look, with a sleek, glossy black face that curves along the top and bottom to dip into points that meet the white backing. Huawei credits the infinity pool as inspiration. While there is a slim bezel, the screen approaches the edges, giving the display an expansive feel. There's an all-black version as well.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0/Galaxy Note 510: Best of MWC 2013

Samsung has officially announced its 8-inch display clad Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet for India, soon after it was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) last week. The Note 8 in India is being sold as Note 510 and not as N5100 as was announced during at the MWC.

Galaxy Note 8.0 arrives with the S-Pen stylus and several features specially crafted to support it. Featuring a 720p HD display, the Galaxy Note 8.0 joins the club with Note, Note II and Note 10.1 tablets - all with voice calling facility. The Galaxy Note 8.0 is a subtle take to compete with Apple iPad Mini tablet coming in similar form factor.

LG Optimus G Pro: Best of MWC 2013

One of the first things I noticed about the Optimus G Pro was how thin it was. Though this keeps it lightweight and sleek, it also made it slightly cumbersome to hold with one hand and navigate with my fingers. There were a lot of times when I used my thumb to click on something on the far right of the screen only to have the bottom part of my thumb accidentally select and open something on the right. It's still an attractive handset, however, and I think it's a step up from both the LG Intuition and the original Optimus G.

Alcatel OneTouch Idol X : Best Smartphone 2013

The Alcatel One Touch Idol X is a 5-inch smart phone that pulls off a neat trick: it doesn't feel massive. Thanks to an incredibly slim bezel and a big colorful case, it doesn't feel oversize -- but is the Idol X worthy of idol worship?

By phone standards, 5 inches is enormous, yet the Idol X doesn't feel huge at all. That's partly because it's so slim, and partly because the screen completely dominates the face of the phone. The bezel is incredibly thin, giving the feeling that not a millimeter is wasted.

LINUX MINT VS UBUNTU LINUX: The Race of Being the Best

It has been always seen that there is a great competition between everyone in this world, whether its a technical thing or a non technical thing. Now here....

We are not trying to change your mind but here are five points why Linux Mint is better than Ubuntu Linux.

              VS

The last time when they released the top five Linux distributions, Linux Mint was top on the list. Not to forget the number of supporters that the Linux distro enjoys. However, there are some who still want to stay loyal to Ubuntu Linux. We are not trying to change your mind but here are five points why Linux Mint is better than Ubuntu Linux.

Reason 1: Security In case of Ubuntu Linux, users can directly log in automatically, without indicating password strength. However, when it comes to Linux Mint, users are forced to choose whether they want to automatically log in or need password security.

Reason 2: Options of client media Linux Mint 12 offers you the best when it comes to client-based media players and viewers. Network World says: “There's a definite slick feel to the apps chosen, and we were reminded of the Apple behind-the-scenes thoughtfulness of simplicity but high compatibility with various media types.”

Reason 3: Regular updates Like Ubuntu Linux, Linux Mint updates are also easy to access and deploy. However, in case of Linux Mint you don’t have to wait for strictly scheduled updated. They keep releasing updates constantly.

Reason 4: GNOME User interface If you like GNOME, then you will surely like Mint's technique of making Gnome 3 appear like Gnome 2.3. Linux Mint 12 has burst into the charts for both its simplicity, and its geek creds, reports Network World.

Reason 5: Easier resources The best part about Linux Mint is that the Mint community is easily accessible. Also, the resources are easy to find and understand. On the other hand, Ubuntu is not as neatly organised.

So now you all decide which is the best Either its Linux Mint or its Ubuntu Linux.
